Boutique Bomma Flora, Avenue Paul Dejaer 29, 1060 Saint-GillesTake a sip of tea, bite into a piece of chocolate… and let them talk slowly in your mouth… listening to their respective sensory stories… For this pairing, we’ll be joined by the chocolates and expertise of Alain Coppens, artisan chocolatier and creator – with his Nicaraguan-based brother – of the ethical, organic and circular chocolate factory Bomma Flora. This workshop will highlight the sensory exploration of the tea/chocolate pairing, as well as the tea and cocoa bean as a local product.

Cancellation by customer: a workshop cancelled at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled only once, but will not be reimbursed or converted into a voucher.
Cancellation by Bomma Flora: workshop rescheduled or reimbursed.
Recommendations: We advise you not to wear perfume before the workshop, nor to eat food with a strong taste (garlic, spices, etc.) which could alter your senses.
